Welcome

Covid 19 Update - Omicron Variant. The church of Scotland Covid Group have issued new guidance on the 16th Dec strongly recommending that physical distancing measures of 1metre be re-introduced between households. Therefore we will be re-introducing our physical distancing within the sanctuary to a maximum of 55-65 people depending on family units or bubbles. The 1metre distancing is likely to apply to our buildings. The Scottish Government have stated that before we meet anyone outwith our own household we should undertake a lateral flow test. The Covid group are encouraging those attending church for any reason to do a lateral flow test before attending. Please note, lateral flow tests for Covid should only be used as a screening test in the absence of symptoms. If you have any symptoms suggestive of Covid (new continuous cough, fever, change in taste / smell or sore throat symptom) then you cannot rely on lateral flow test results and must self-isolate and book a PCR test. This can be arranged through the following website https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or telephone 119. Help us to stop the spread.
